Official documents

How text gets onto this site

1. Official PDFs are downloaded from the publisher and stored with a SHA-256 checksum.
2. Text is extracted and parsed into sections, sub-sections, clauses, provisos, explanations and illustrations by open, deterministic parsers; the verifier confirms every block appears verbatim in the source text.
3. Pages are generated from that structured text. Nothing in an “Official text” panel is edited in any way.
4. Plain-English interpretation is prepared separately from the official text alone, dated, tracked for review, and shown only inside clearly labelled panels.
5. Every day at 06:00 IST a job polls the official feeds below, mirrors anything new, summarises it, and republishes the site. New items appear under Official updates.
